On April 9th and 10th of 2019 the 3rd BooStress Transnational Partner Meeting took place in Vélez-Málaga in Spain. The coordinator from Cyprus and the partners from Ireland and Spain discussed the next steps to carry out in the project which aims at improving work-related stress management among young employees.
The BooStress training package has just been launched online and is ready to be tested with employers, managers and young employees across Europe. The training package comprises four bespoke curriculum modules which will support young employees experiencing workplace stress to understand the impact stress can have on their physical, emotional and psychological well-being, identify their stressors, develop coping mechanisms and take significant steps towards limiting the impact that stress has on their lives.
The BooStress partners have just completed the production of the eBook, which aims to present the state-of-the-art in stress management resources, programmes and practices in Cyprus, Ireland, Spain and also on a European level.
In the view of designing and developing the BooStress project outputs, and especially the BooStress Training Package, partners from Cyprus, Spain, and Ireland undertook a research study process which aimed to offer a state-of-art regarding the current provision of stress management resources for young professionals in all three partner countries, the presentation of relevant good practices in this field and an assessment of young professionals and stakeholders in terms of their competence in managing stress, their needs for additional support and an overview of their preferred learning styles and methods.
