Youth educators in Ireland recently participated in a national seminar where they were informed about the BooStress project and training package and were then given the chance to practice some relaxation and stress reduction techniques, in the form of laughter yoga! This seminar was very well received by youth educators who attended; all of whom agreed that there is a need to provide this type of training support to young people to deal with their stress.
